COVID-19 Important Statement

In light of the uncertainty surrounding the recent outbreak of COVID-19, our priority continues to be the well-being of our customers, employees and partners, and we are committed to ensuring that our warehouse and deliveries are operating in the safest way for all. We would like to reassure customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the guidance given by the government and the World Health Organisation at this time. 

 

 

Cash & Carry/ Showroom 

 

 

We work to the highest standard of hygiene, and we are now also following government guidelines on preventative measures and deep cleaning in the light of this outbreak; all products and surfaces are being cleaned regularly with anti-bacterial wipes and disinfectant cleaner. 

 

We are still operating as normal. 

Orders will be despatched and delivered as normal 

Our order process and lines of communication are unchanged 

Our stock levels are available as usual, although this is subject to change as we receive many shipments from our suppliers in China (we will keep you informed as the situation develops) 

 

We are taking all necessary action to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our employees, including remote working, and have instigated all best practices, as indicated by Public Health.

We continue to be committed to getting your deliveries to you; our website and warehouse remain open with deliveries currently running as normal. Our warehouse works to strict health & safety and public health guidelines and we are continually working with our delivery partners to make sure that we are operating in the safest way possible. 

 

Finally, we are aware that the above may change as advice by the government and World Health Organisation also changes. As we continue to navigate these challenging and uncertain times, we will endeavour to keep you all updated, as we react to any new directives.
